Circle of friends
I refer myself and my good friends from school as Our Circle. At one point, Our Circle was shrinking. Mostly because many friends left Japan, and some others just move on with their lives. I was so sad and sort of feeling left behind. Fewer people to talk to, smaller parties…
I threw a party at my place last weekend and sixteen people came! Amazing! Our Circle is back, with several new friends in it. It was probably more like putting all my friends - not only the ones from school - together. They are my family here in Japan. A circle of friends that makes me stronger when I am weak, and completes my happiness when I am happy.
Everybody said I looked very happy at the party, and I really was!
